Following more than 26 years as the Australian distributor of Takeuchi, Semco Group has announced it will transition distribution of the Takeuchi brand in Australia.
Since introducing Takeuchi to the Australian market in 1999, Semco Group has played a defining role in establishing the brand as one of the most trusted names in compact construction equipment nationwide. This has been made possible through the ongoing support, loyalty and partnership of Semco’s customers, Resellers and industry networks.
From 1 April 2026, Toyota Material Handling Australia will assume responsibility for sales, parts and service support for Takeuchi customers throughout Australia.

Semco Group will work closely with Takeuchi and Toyota Material Handling Australia over the coming months to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for customers, dealers and partners.
