There is a great feeling of optimism about getting back to work on some of Australia’s largest civil and public infrastructure projects, which is great news for the economy and for the earthmoving and construction industry.

Following a highly successful 2021 Expo at its new venue of the Sydney Dragway, the National Diesel Dirt & Turf Expo is shaping up to be a bumper event again in 2022, with a long list of exhibitors who have already reserved their prime positions.

The place to be
Everyone associated with the industry recognises this annual event is the place to be to exhibit or visit to update their knowledge of the latest in machinery, technology and services.

The 2021 gold sponsor Komatsu has again returned as Gold Sponsor for 2022, having experienced a hugely successful participation at the first Diesel Dirt & Turf held at the Sydney Dragway.

Gold Media sponsor of the Expo is Prime Creative Media, publishers of Earthmovers & Excavators, TradeEarthmovers.com.au and other transport, agricultural equipment and industry media.

Supporter Pickles Auctions has made its presence one of the highlights of the six-year-old Expo. The auction always attracts huge crowds, with the super deals being offered across a massive range of construction equipment and vehicles for work or fun.

Associate sponsors have also continued their support of the event and for 2022, with new sponsors CreditOne and Cappro Pacific joining Norm Engineering, Kerfab, Yellow Cover, Truck Assist and Earthmoving Equipment Magazine.

A great Expo site
The 2021 Expo surprised many by the smooth way the Sydney Dragway operated, with its excellent exhibition areas, easy access lanes and all the facilities one would expect at a major outdoor industry event.

The Sydney Dragway provides expansive paved areas, spacious parking facilities, excellent security and traffic flow arrangements and everything else needed to make the Expo absolutely unmissable.

Huge industry support
Expo manager Marti Zivkovich said “It is also encouraging to see the large number of regular exhibitors who have enthusiastically signed up for 2022. Most are well advanced in their plans to ensure this event remains the premier and largest earthmoving and construction Expo in Australia.

“All the major brands will be there,  including Boss Attachments, CJD equipment, Doherty couplers, JCB CEA, Kerfab, Komatsu, Liebherr, Porter Group, Sydney Trucks and Machinery and Westrac, to name a few.

“April 2022 is perfect timing for the industry to show off its best, while providing great networking opportunities for everyone to check out the latest in equipment advances, systems and services, ranging from digital technologies to finance and insurance.

“The National Diesel Dirt & Turf Expo has become a magnet for any business which operates in earthmoving, running transport fleets, infrastructure and construction, building maintenance and public space management”, Marti said.
